NEW YEAR 6-week boot camp
We're looking for ONLY 20 MEN & WOMEN who want to get HAPPY, HEALTHY & STRONG in 2025.
From workouts and nutrition to motivation and confidence, our coaches at BattleGrounds Fitness are as committed to your success as you are.
We are the best boutique gym located in the town of Front Royal, VA offering high energy boot camp workouts to boost strength and cardio. Through customized experiences, focused attention, energetic interaction, and fierce encouragement, we passionately inspire each person to become HAPPY, HEALTHY & STRONG.
When you sign up for our New Year Boot camp, we guarantee a fun and challenging workouts led by experienced and certified coaches that truly care about your health and wellness. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment with a strong sense of community and camaraderie. We want you to be a part of it!
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Are you able to attend 2 classes per week?
Are you willing to track your progress?
Are you able to commit to living healthy for 6-weeks.
We give you the fitness and wellness tools that you need to succeed. You just have to follow them and show up.
Are you a team player? There is nothing more motivating than a group cheering each other on.
Do you really want to see the change? Our staff really want to see you succeed, but you need to want it more!
Cost: 2 payments of $99 with $25 sign-up fee WAIVED until 12/15!
Co-ed classes start on January 7th and will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm (12 spaces only)
Being away from a gym setting for many years and returning can be quite challenging and stressful, but the entire staff here have made this transition very easy and enjoyable. Everyone has been very supportive and helpful from the workouts to nutritional information. I would encourage anyone to step out of their comfort zone and allow this group to help you with your goals!"
Coach Bobby will be your Lead Instructor. Along with Yoga, he has a personal love for CrossFit and a healthy way of life. His fitness certifications are: CF-L1, HITT, SPIN, HATHA YOGA, YIN YOGA, ASHTANGA YOGA, MEDITATION & AERIAL YOGA

WHAT YOU GET FOR FITNESS:
WEEKS 1 - 4
In the initial 4 weeks, you will learn the foundational movements and fitness methodology of our programs. During all classes, our expert Coaches will:
Explain the workouts and demonstrate the movements
Lead you through a warmup/stretching session
Help you adjust and scale movements for your current fitness and mobility level
Coach and motivate you until you complete the Workouts
WEEKS 5 - 6
You will join small group classes, to fully immerse yourself in the community. During these classes, we will provide additional coaches to ensure you have a successful transition from boot camp to regular group classes.
WHAT YOU GET FOR NUTRITION & WELLNESS:
Workouts are only part of the formula for a healthy and strong body. The other part – a
Access to a private group, where our knowledgeable wellness Coaches will pair your workouts with good eating habits, which will supercharge and maintain your results.
In-depth body composition scans on week 1 and week 6 to accurately track your progress.
Incredible Coaching, Accountability and Community.
Ability to upgrade to private training and wellness counseling if requested.
