We'll be looking for 24 MEN & WOMEN who are ready to transform their lives in the Spring of 2022 with our 6-Week Fitness and Wellness Boot camp.

LADIES-ONLY HIIT THE WEIGHTS (Classes on M-W-F at 9am)

CROSSFIT SWEAT (Classes on M-W-F at 6:30pm

You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed to help you kick start your fitness & wellness journey no matter what your current fitness or activity level.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


  • Are you able to attend 2 classes per week?​


  • Are you willing to track your progress?


  • Are you able to commit to living healthy for 6-weeks.


  • We give you the fitness and wellness tools that you need to succeed. You just have to follow them.

Coach Sarah is a recent transplant from Washington, DC and she's excited to hit the ground running in the Shenandoah Valley. She has been a personal trainer for four years and a group fitness instructor for three.


She passionately believes progress is gained through community and accountability, and she celebrates her clients success in their fitness journey.

Workouts are only part of the formula for a healthy and strong body. The other part – a

huge part – is what you’re feeding yourself.

Coach Heather and Marji, our Wellness coaches will guide you towards a life-changing journey filled with new experiences, self discovery and lots of support.

When you pair our boot camp workouts with good eating habits, you’ll supercharge and maintain your results.

Space will be limited! We limit how many people we are able to work with because each client gets individual support and attention from our fitness and wellness coaches. In fact, the personalized attention you'll get from our staff is one of the biggest reasons you will succeed.
